Target Drilling has, over the last 18 months, successfully drilled more than 25,000m of AC/RC and some 1,500m of core for Cora Gold over several programs with the entire production coming from its multi-purpose rig. Target has with success established the first holes ever drilled on our 200kmsq permits. As a pioneer, the main challenge they faced was uncertainty around the ground quality and the drilling rate. Target Drilling has performed very well and delivered the 4,000m which we agreed in contract. With all necessary equipment in place such as a booster to support the air pressure supply, Target provided dry samples at 150m depth for RC holes in difficult ground conditions. In addition to AC holes and RC holes, one diamond drill hole was completed at a 210m depth with good core recovery. Most importantly the team around Target Drilling operated in a very professional manner with a good working environment and communication allowing for each hole to be completed on a very reasonable time, and from our side costs managed under budget.
